On-Demand Appointments

We offer nationwide virtual appointments and in-person lactation appointments, connecting you with supportive and experienced professionals ready to meet your needs. 

Fully Covered

We currently accept Cigna, with no additional co-pays or deductibles for members. Additional health plan coverage will be coming soon!

Your Choice of Virtual or In Person Appointments!

You have a choice for each of you lactation appointments -- virtual or in person. Our commitment to supporting your breastfeeding journey includes both virtual guidance and face-to-face support. No matter where you live, Wildflower has IBCLCs in all 50 states ready to support you.

How lactation scheduling works:

  • Enter Your Information: Fill out the get-started forms by clicking on any of the big blue buttons on this website. Have your Cigna ID card with you.

  • Your Choice Check Availability: Select your choice of a virtual telehealth appointment or an in person appointment with an IBCLC right in your community.

  • Paired with Your IBCLC: You'll quickly be paired with an IBCLC. If you chose a virtual appointment, you can schedule right away, choosing the best day and time for you. If you chose an in-person appointment, you'll be directed to the IBCLC in your community to schedule an appointment with them.

Wildflower provides lactation services and doula care in coordination with its long-time partner, Cigna Healthcare. For lactation, Wildflower currently accepts Cigna, at no additional cost for members. Lactation support includes virtual appointments and in-person appointments. Our unique hybrid approach to lactation support - virtual and in-person - builds on the ability to reach recommended clinical guidelines and family goals.
