For eligible NVIDIA members with Cigna coverage, doula services are covered. For covered health plan members, appointments have standard co-pays and deductibles. We currently support doula services for Cigna members in California, Rhode Island, and Virginia. For members in other states, we support certain Cigna insured employers. You can check your eligibility by clicking "Check My Eligibility" above.
No referral is needed. You can schedule directly with a doula through our portal after verifying your eligibility. Simply enter your information and choose the doula that's right for you.
We currently offer nationwide virtual doula appointments, connecting you with supportive and experienced professionals from the comfort of your home. Virtual visits provide flexibility and convenience while maintaining the personal, supportive care you need.
Yes! After your initial meet and greet, you can continue seeing the same doula throughout your pregnancy and postpartum journey. Building a consistent relationship with your doula helps ensure personalized, continuous care.
We offer same-day appointments, or you can schedule up to a month ahead. Our flexible scheduling includes availability from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. ET, 7 days a week, including evenings and weekends.
Absolutely! We encourage partners to join virtual appointments. Having your partner involved helps ensure everyone is informed and prepared for the birth and postpartum experience.
At least 4 appointments are included in your coverage, with additional appointments available as needed. Your doula will work with you to determine the right level of support for your journey.
