Your comfort and confidence during pregnancy and birth are our top priorities. Wildflower is here to support you every step of the way. We look forward to empowering your care, and are excited about the plans we’ll make together. 

How we'll work together: 

  • Enter Your Information: Begin by inputting your personal details and insurance ID.

  • Choose and Check Availability: After completing the form, you'll be able to learn about and choose between our credentialed doulas to set up an initial meet and greet.

  • Growing your Knowledge and Creating a Birth Plan: With your chosen doula, you'll begin 1-on-1 appointments for them to get to know you, your pregnancy and your needs. Your doula will provide trusted education and evidence-based guidance throughout pregnancy, when creating your birth plan and during postpartum.

On-Demand Appointments

We offer nationwide virtual doula appointments, connecting you with supportive and experienced professionals ready to meet your needs. 

Covered Care

We currently support Doula services for a limited number of Cigna insured employers. Please check with your employer to confirm benefits. Additional health plan coverage will be coming soon!

Doulas are an advocate: Once you’re in labor, the doula can be a voice for your birth plan, helping to make your preferences known to your health care team.

Doulas can help navigate confusing situations by offering better communication and extra attention. They can remind doctors and nurses to explain medical terms and help make sure you always know what is going on.
